The SFERA is prepared by thickening the balsamic vinegar of Modena PGI with agar-agar. AND' a 100% natural product and can be grated, ground or sliced as desired, even melted and used liquid like a cream.
It is perfect for decorating and adding flavor to appetizers and aperitifs, risottos and baked pastas.
Delicious on meat and fish dishes it is an excellent combination with vegetables and salads. The sweet and sour notes go perfectly with fresh and aged cheeses. Also excellent on fruit and desserts, spoon creams and ice creams.
