The  black salt from Hawaii  as well as the black salt of Cyprus, they are  produced in the salt flats by means of the classic drying of sea water. Before starting the drying and crystallization process, however, an element is added that gives it the typical black color: it is vegetable carbon.
Sea salt infused with activated charcoal lends depth and complexity to the most delicate culinary creations. Excellent with fish, seafood, meat and vegetables.
