In the Margherita Estate Raw rice, or paddy rice, after being stored in silos for about 60 days, enters our rice mill. After various stages of processing, the brown rice undergoes only 2 passages inside our Minghetti "Hamburg" type conical whitening machines.
The rice, thanks to this old processing method, is only caressed, keeping intact all the organoleptic and nutritional properties.
