Pennette rigate Pasta di Canossa  are produced with  100% Italian semi-whole durum wheat semolina:  the wheat is grown and processed in the Tenuta Cuniola pasta factory  of San Martino, a  Ferrara. The best wheat is selected, cultivated and processed, the production is carried out at km 0, the result is a high quality pasta.

Pasta di Canossa is one  rough and porous artisan pasta, with a consistency that perfectly holds cooking, di  light ocher color, characteristics of the  bronze drawing  and slow drying.

There  particular rifling  and the design of the format make the Pennette perfectly absorb the sauce.  They are excellent for making pasta salads,  with seasonal vegetable sauces or with a traditional meat sauce with tomato sauce.
