L  Anfosso Taggiasca olive paté  is made with olives from the Ligurian Riviera that are harvested from family-owned olive groves in the province of Imperia, pitted and made  ripen in brine. The olive paste is extracted and finally added  extra virgin olive oil, always produced by the farm. 
This Taggiasca olive cream is perfect to spread on bruschetta and croutons  or to dress a pasta dish or a cold pasta salad, we recommend a short format such as pennette  fusilli or traditional Ligurian pasta: croxetti and trofie.
