The Capunti of the Pasta Svevo factory are an artisanal product prepared with durum wheat semolina flour grown and processed in Puglia and water. After a slow drying, thank you due to their shape and composition they are particularly suitable for collecting the condiment, making them pleasant to the most refined palates.
Capunti go well with any type of sauce and condiment: excellent to be enjoyed with the typical Apulian recipes with turnip tops or with fish sauces and meat sauce.
