The Pacchero di Pasta di Canossa is produced with 100% Italian semi-whole durum wheat semolina: the wheat is grown and processed in the Tenuta Cuniola di San Martino pasta factory in Ferrara. The best wheat is selected, cultivated and processed, the production is carried out at km 0, the result is a high quality pasta. Pasta di Canossa is a rough and porous artisan pasta, with a texture that perfectly holds cooking, light ocher in color, characteristic of bronze drawing and slow drying (14-20 hours). The particular grooving and the design of the format ensure that the pasta perfectly absorbs the sauce. The Paccheri are combined with any ingredient, from fish to meat, from vegetables to cheeses.
