Wholemeal flour kit with brewer's yeast for making pizzas, focaccia, bread and baked goods.
Ingredients: FLOUR, a 100% Italian blend of selected FLOUR untreated soft whole WHEAT type 00, iodized salt, active dry brewer's yeast (saccharomyces-cerivisiae) 1 bag 7 gr, sugar (sucrose).
How to use:
In a bowl pour:
• the mixture contained in the bag (flour, salt, sugar)
• 320 gr / ml of water at room temperature (about 20 ° C)
• the sachet of yeast
• 3 tablespoons of oil
mix everything and work it for 5 minutes until you get a soft and smooth dough. Leave it to rest for 20 minutes in the off oven (preheated to 50 ° C) in the bowl covered with cling film or tea towel. Oil a pan, roll out the dough and let it rise for about 60 minutes. Season with oil and coarse salt and bake in a hot oven at 250 ° C for about 18/20 minutes. Finish the filling with your favorite ingredients.
