The Fusilli  Pasta di Canossa are produced with  100% Italian durum wheat semolina :  the grain is  grown and processed in the pasta factory of  Tenuta Cuniola di San Martino, in Ferrara.
The best wheat is selected, cultivated and processed, the production is carried out at km 0: the result is one  high quality pasta.

A  artisanal pasta  rough and porous, with a  consistency that perfectly holds cooking, of  light ocher color,  characteristics given by the use of semi-wholemeal semolina, by  bronze drawing  and from  slow drying.

  The particular  tapered shape  dei Fusilli, makes the pasta  perfectly absorbs the sauce, collecting all the flavor.
