It can be paired with medium or long aged cheeses. Ideal for foie gras, raw fish, grilled tuna, raw meat, boiled meats and cheeses.

Natural ingredients used:  Red onions 60%, sugar, Barbera d'Alba DOC wine, extra virgin olive oil, "Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI" 1% (cooked grape must, wine vinegar), salt.
