Strawberry compote  with the addition of balsamic vinegar of Modena PGI

Where to taste it  And  how to use it  in our daily preparations:

To be paired with fresh or medium-aged cheeses. Excellent with goat cheeses. 

Natural ingredients used:  Strawberries 45%, “Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI” 7% (cooked grape must, wine vinegar), lemon. Fruit used: 57 gx 100 g; Total sugars: 64 gx 100 g
