Compote of figs with the addition of balsamic vinegar of Modena PGI

This compote goes well with it with medium and long-aged cheeses, even spicy ones. Excellent with seasoned Robiola cheese di Roccaverano, hard Bra, Castelmagno cheese, Taleggio cheese, etc .... Ideal spread on bread for breakfasts and snacks or for delicious pies.

Natural ingredients used: Figs 48%, sugar, “Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI” 5% (cooked grape must, wine vinegar), lemon. Fruit used: 55 gx 100 g, Total sugars: 69 gx 100 g.
