To be combined with hard cheeses, fatty and blue cheeses, goat, taleggio, pecorino, gorgonzola, etc…. A winning chance with fiordilatte ice cream.

Natural ingredients used: 

cherries 46%, sugar, "Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI" 4% (cooked grape must, wine vinegar), lemon, chilli 0.3%. Fruit used: 66 gx 100 g, Total sugars: 69 gx 100 g.
