Apricots of Gran Cucina they are a sweet fruit preserved and canned with Nebbiolo wine. The fruit used for these preparations comes from the generous and sunny hills of Roero in Piedmont. Apricots come carefully selected and work by hand according to ancient local traditions in order to keep all their genuine goodness intact.
