QUERCIA ARGENTO is a full-bodied product, with a density of 1.29 (61 ° brix) with the right balance between sour and sweet. It comes from a mixture of cooked grape must and wine vinegar. Aged in oak barrels.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: Appearance Clear and bright. Intense brown color. Odor Persistent, intense and sweet, not very acetic. Taste Balanced sweet, bittersweet hints of wood.

WHERE AND HOW TO USE IT:

Excellent on salads and raw vegetables. Thanks to its density, in the kitchen, it goes perfectly with meats and cheeses.
